Kadosh Hill Support Ltd is a Semi-Independent Supported Living Service for young people aged between 16-21 years. We offer accommodation and support to our residents with multiple complex needs. We pride ourselves in supporting our residents to acquire necessary independent living skills through interventions, focussing on outcomes that will make them live and thrive in their community.

Services

We provide accommodation and support to young people between 16 and 21 years old. All residents are welcome from any background, as we pride ourselves in making available equal opportunity for all. We believe that young people who come to us should have a place they can call home, live peacefully and thrive with the ultimate plan to succeed in all areas of their lives now and in the future. 

We accept the following client group;

  • Young homeless people from age 16 years old. 
  • Young People care leavers from Local Authority support.
  • Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children.
  • Young offenders with support needs.
  • Young People diagnosed with Learning Disabilities may have additional learning needs.
  • Young vulnerable People at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation and grooming.

This is achieved through:

  • Risk Assessment, implementation of Safety Plans agreed with partners agencies.
  • Use of evidenced-based tools for residents’ support. 
  • Mental health challenges interventions with offers of counselling and staff support. 
  • Support Planning and Review

  •  Child and Family Assessment

Independent Living Support

  •  Motivation to accept support.  
  •  Self-Care and independent living skill support.
  •  Family and relationship support.
  •  Exploring identity and negative behaviour.
  •  Time Management support
  •  Domestic Skills support.

Mental Health Support

  • Mental Health and emotional wellbeing support.
  • Risk assessments with Mental Health treatment plans.
  • Support with emotional challenges.
  • Prompts intervention when mental health challenges are identified.
  • Multiagency networking to ensure adequate mental health support is accessed by residents. 

Education, Training or Employment

  • We are supporting residents with their educational pursuits. 
  • Communication Skill enhancement support.
  • Accessing Education, Training and Employment Advice
  • Preparing for College
  • CV development
  • Preparing for Employment

Substance Misuse Support

  • Drug Awareness support.
  • Healthy Lifestyle support.
  • Signposting and partnership working with Specialist Substance Misuse agencies.
  • Drug Reduction Plans and support.

Financial Support

  • Financial Management
  • Budgeting support
  • Financial Planning support.
  • Support with sourcing for additional eligible funding.

Support for Housing

  •  Supported semi-independent accommodation

  •  Practical and emotional support to manage transitioning into adulthood
